Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy: Thank you for scheduling you appointment with us, we look forward to meeting you! We make every effort to accommodate and we understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48-hour notice. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers but our other clients/patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments. Our Policy: A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, we will charge the patient a $50 missed appointment fee.
